As part of the remanufacture of our wiring harnesses our technicians use only the finest motorsport grade materials. The cabling itself will be of aviation mainframe quality. Note: we may make use of any intact plugs or connectors from older units which remain unscathed or are unavailable new.

The rebuilt unit is guaranteed by a lifetime warranty.
After purchase you must send us your existing unit first so we can salvage the components from it. We will then send you a refurbished replacement unit.
Note: we do not accept units which have sustained water damage.
Sending your old unit to us:
• Mainland UK customers: You must send your old unit to us in the UK first, then we will dispatch the refurbished unit back to you. Collection is included free of charge (excludes British Isles, The Highlands, Northern Ireland & parts of Scotland).
• Everywhere Else: After purchase you must send your old unit to us in Kent, United Kingdom. We will assist you with this process including making customs declarations if necessary.
If inspection of your existing unit shows no water damage we will send you a replacement unit rebuilt by a highly-qualified technician. Please allow 7-9 business days for inspection and refurbishment.

Our parts are of predominantly original Mercedes-Benz or OE (Original Equipment) brand, the use of which best retains the integrity and resale value of these cars. We sell parts of mostly pre-owned condition which often provides a lifeline when their new equivalent is unavailable or unaffordable.

Couriers
We use couriers with whom we have built trustworthy relationships with over a number of years. We maintain close contact with them so we can address any potential consignment issues immediately. Our couriers of choice are currently UK Mail, DHL and UPS. For oversized products and any orders using pallet or freight, we may use a different courier, but they will be of equally high standard.

PO Boxes
Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Import Fees
There are no import costs (duty, VAT, disbursement etc) for customers in USA & Europe for all orders totalling under £200.
For all other orders, customers must pay for any import charges.
Import Documentation
As the importer of goods you are responsible for providing all documentation specifically required by your country.

Products marked Collect Only in the Description tab must be collected from us in-store in southeast England, UK.
All collection times must be arranged and confirmed with us prior to your arrival. We are open 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Returns
Returns Seal
Some products will arrive sealed inside a spacious transparent bag with a returns seal closing it shut; please immediately inspect the product for defects or differences without opening the bag. If the returns seal is broken (or the bag is damaged or ripped), and you wish to return the product, it can only be processed as a warranty claim (see Warranty below).

Warranty
Our products are covered by a minimum three month warranty period at no additional charge - see product description for warranty length. (The warranty period begins on the date of dispatch, which can be found in your order confirmation email.)
If your product has become defective and is within its warranty period, contact us right away and we'll ask you to send it to us for inspection. When sending such items to us, customers must pay for delivery costs including taxes and import fees. Following inspection we will replace the product with the same one free of charge.
Warranty is void where damage has been sustained by the customer, which includes water damage, or evidence of incorrect use or fitment that may directly or indirectly have led to any components’ failure. Where relevant we will ask for written evidence of the procedure used to fit the part and the qualifications of the fitter.
