    Warranty Return Process
    1.

    2. Attach a printout of the PDF invoice we included with your original order's confirmation email. 
    3. We will inspect the product upon arrival. Warranty is void where damage has been sustained by the customer, which includes evidence of incorrect use or fitment that may directly or indirectly have led to any components’ failure. Where we are satisfied this is not the case, we will deliver a replacement free of charge, as well as refund the customer for all return shipping costs incurred including customs and duty charges.
     


     
    Returns: This product is covered under a 1 month returns period.

    If you’ve received a defective product, and your Documentary Evidence (see below) proves this, we will replace the product, offer you store credit, or refund you in full for all costs incurred.
     Once we confirm the refund we will collect the unwanted product from you. Package it well and include a printout of the PDF invoice which was attached to your original order confirmation email. You don’t need to print a shipping label - our courier driver will place one on the package when they arrive.
     
     
     Product Is Defective (e.g is damaged, broken or faulty)
    Contact us and briefly explain the issue. We will fully assist you.
    If you’ve received the wrong product, and your Documentary Evidence (see below) proves this, we will replace the product, offer you store credit, or refund you in full for all costs incurred. 
    Very important: damage caused in transit must be evidenced to us within 7 days as per our couriers’ terms (i.e. serious damage visible on the packaging), otherwise the return is void. So please inspect your product as soon as it arrives.

     I Have Changed My Mind (product is as described, but I want to return it anyway):
    You must arrange and pay for return shipping, including any and all import charges including customs duty and VAT.
    Package the product well and include a printout of the PDF invoice which was attached to your original order confirmation email.     If the product is received in its entire original condition - as well as having no evidence of being fitted or used if it is an electrical or mechanical part - you will receive a refund for the cost of the product, less original shipping cost (UK: £14, Worldwide: Varies) or 20% of the item value, whichever is greater.
     
      


    ❗Where we refer to ‘Documentary Evidence’ we require all of the following:
     
     1. Visual evidence which illustrates the relevant issue, e.g images, videos.
     2. Written or visual evidence of fitment procedure, and of how the vehicle was behaving before and after fitment.
     3. Written evidence of the qualifications of the fitter.
